WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE
At CPC-Cryolab, we lead the industry in manufacturing cryogenic components for liquid hydrogen and helium services. Our extensive product line includes vacuum jacketed filters, valves, hoses, piping systems, manifolds, and transfer connections. With tens of thousands of our valves and equipment in active hydrogen service globally for over 35-40 years without incident, we're committed to providing highly engineered, long-term solutions that prioritize performance, safetly, and environmental responsibility.
WHO WE ARE TODAY
For more than six decades, CPC-Cryolab has been one of the most trusted brands in the industrial gas and cryogenic valve industry.
CPC-Cryolab was founded in Florida to support the Space Program and the world's first commercial-size liquid hydrogen plant. The plant was built in Palm Beach County, and CPC designed and manufactured all the valves, filters, piping, and transfer connections used in the facility.
OUR FACILITY
Our Tampa facility has over 20,000 square feet containing state-of-the-art equipment, processes, and employees working in a friendly, respectful, and safe environment that ensures our products and services continuously meet or exceed our customers' expectations and regulatory requirements.
- 4-axis CNC Machines for production, prototyping, and customer applications
- Laser CMM measuring equipment with 7-axis arm capable of 50-micron accuracy (ISO 10360-8 Annex D)
- FED STD 209E / ISO 14644-1 Cleanroom (Class 10; ISO 4) for Ultra High Purity (UHP) Applications
- Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detection (1x10-9 scc GHe/sec calibrated sensitivity)
- Precise plasma cutting and laster stamping and etching
- National-Board Certified CI (Certified Individual); ASME Section IX and PED Certified Welders
- ASNT Certified Visual Test Weld Inspectors
- ISO9001:2015, PED/TPED, KGS, ASME, NB, CRN, ITAR, 6S, GMP Facility
